Shipping policy
This page explains how Molly Mook House gets your order to you: where we deliver, how long it takes and what to do if there's a problem.
Delivery area
We deliver within Australia only, to every state and territory. We don't currently ship to other countries.
Delivery cost
Every order ships free with tracking, whatever its value. You'll see this at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
- Processing: your order is packed and sent from overseas within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery: your parcel arrives 6–8 working days after dispatch.
- Orders placed on a weekend or national public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays. If your delivery is going to take longer than this, we'll contact you.
Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. We'll email you the tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Your delivery address
Double-check your address before you pay. After dispatch, the delivery address is locked and can't be changed. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange a resend.
If you're not home
The carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place, or leave a card explaining how to collect it or arrange another delivery.
Damaged, missing or late parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, something is missing, or it hasn't arrived within the time above, contact us with your order number (and a photo if anything is damaged). We'll sort it out, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
